# Status

| Status       | Description                                                                                                                |
| ------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `pending`    | The Payin Source is created. You need to redirect the user to the `authUrl` for Palomma to collect the account info.       |
| `processing` | A request has been sent to the bank to verify the account.                                                                 |
| `active`     | The payment source can be used to create a `Payin Request`.                                                                |
| `cancelled`  | Error state. More detail available in `statusMessage` field. See all [Status Messages](/api-documentation/statusMessages). |
